Returns & Refunds At Seoul Edge, operated by JA COMMERCE LLC, we take pride in our 20-year heritage of logistics excellence. Our goal is to ensure that every premium Korean product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Policy You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our support team at jacommerce2@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is authorized, please ship the item to our dedicated logistics hub in South Korea:

3. Inspection and Refunds Once we receive your item at our Namyangju Logistics Center, our specialized team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspection, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Shipping Costs As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer free returns within 30 days for eligible items. JA COMMERCE LLC will provide a return shipping label or reimburse standard shipping costs for authorized returns.

5. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. As logistics experts, we prioritize the integrity of our supply chain and will resolve any shipping-related issues with the highest priority.
